Welcome to Jungle of Soul, a wellness platform owned and operated by Greta Staknyte. By using this website or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before engaging with our content, sessions, or offerings.

1. Who We Are

Jungle of Soul is a wellness practice led by Greta Staknyte offering non-clinical breathwork sessions, emotional self-regulation tools, somatic awareness practices, and experiential workshops designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, and emotional clarity.

All services are for educational and self-development purposes only. Jungle of Soul does not provide medical advice, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or emergency support of any kind. No diagnosis, treatment, or cure is offered. You are responsible for your own health and participation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in services. By accessing or using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use the site and its content respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing content without written permission

  • Harassment, abusive messages, or submitting false information

  • Attempting to disrupt site functionality or data integrity

We reserve the right to deny access to any individual who violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content—including session materials, videos, graphics, text, branding, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of Jungle of Soul and may not be reused, copied, altered, or redistributed in any way without prior written permission.

5. Services & Offerings

Jungle of Soul may offer:

  • Private breathwork sessions

  • Group classes and workshops (live or pre-recorded)

  • Online courses and programs

  • Subscription-based content or memberships

  • In-person retreats and immersive experiences

Services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

All offerings must be paid in advance. Please refer to Section 6 for detailed information on our refund and cancellation policies.

For subscription-based services, recurring payments (e.g., monthly or annual) are charged automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Jungle of Soul to process recurring payments until you cancel your plan.

6. Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

6.1. General Principles

We aim to be transparent and fair in our cancellation and refund practices while acknowledging the time, energy, and resources committed to preparing and delivering our services.

6.2. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period for UK & EU Residents)

If you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the contract being formed (the “cooling-off period”), provided that:

  • Services: The service has not yet commenced.

  • Digital Products: The content has not yet been accessed or downloaded.

To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing within the cooling-off period via email.

If you request that a service (e.g., a private session or live class) begin within the cooling-off period, and later decide to cancel, you will be charged proportionally for any part of the service already delivered. By requesting early access, you agree to this pro-rata charge and acknowledge that your right to a full refund may be forfeited.

6.3. Private Sessions & Live Group Classes

  • Private Sessions: May be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests received less than 48 hours before the session are considered late and the session will be forfeited without a refund or option to reschedule.

  • Live Group Classes: May be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed classes or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cancellations: If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of a private session, or 24 hours in advance of a group class, you are eligible for a full refund unless the session has already been attended.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session or class without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refund or rescheduling will be offered.

6.4. Packages & Multi-Session Programs

For packages (e.g., five private sessions) or multi-week live programs:

  • If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period and have not attended any sessions, a full refund will be issued.

  • If you are within the 14-day cooling-off period and have attended a session, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused portion.

  • Outside the 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for change of mind once the first session has been attended or the program has begun.

6.5. Digital Content & Downloadables

By purchasing downloadable content or pre-recorded classes, you agree to immediate access to the material. This means:

  • You explicitly consent to the digital content being supplied immediately.

  • You acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel is waived once access is granted.

  • No refunds will be issued once the material has been accessed or downloaded, except where the content is faulty or not as described.

Note: For legal compliance, you will be asked to tick a checkbox confirming the above before purchase is completed.

6.6. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds are not issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

  • The 14-day cooling-off period applies to your first subscription payment only, provided the service has not yet been accessed or used.

6.7. Retreats & Third-Party Events

Cancellation and refund terms for retreats or similar experiences will be specified in the individual booking agreement and may be more restrictive due to third-party costs and venue policies.

6.8. Discretionary Exceptions

In compassionate or unforeseen circumstances not covered above, Jungle of Soul reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements such as rescheduling, partial refunds, or store credit at our sole discretion.

7. Contraindications & Safety Notice

Breathwork is a powerful practice that may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating, especially if you have or suspect any of the following:

  • Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe

  • Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness

  • Pregnancy

  • If you have epilepsy, a history of seizures, a pacemaker, or an irregular heartbeat, you must not participate unless your doctor has given specific written permission.

  • Some conditions (Eg: Tinnitus, hernias) may be aggravated by forceful mouth breathing, prolonged breath holds and prolonged, intense, rapid breathing/hyperventilation and careful attention to technique is required.

  • Cardiovascular issues (including high blood pressure)

  • Severe mental health conditions

  • Recent surgeries or physical trauma

You assume all responsibility for your participation and any consequences resulting from it.

It is your ongoing and sole responsibility to accurately disclose all relevant medical conditions and to inform Greta Staknyte promptly of any changes to your health status or medical conditions before each session or participation.

8. Emotional Intensity & Trauma-Informed Caution

Breathwork and somatic practices may evoke strong physical, emotional, or psychological responses. These experiences are not uncommon and can be part of the process. However, Jungle of Soul is not a trauma treatment service and does not provide clinical supervision or crisis support. Please consult a qualified professional if you require trauma-informed care.

9. Group Session Recording & Consent

Many group sessions may be recorded for quality, internal training, promotional, or general educational purposes. By joining any live or online group session, you acknowledge and consent that your voice, image, or comments may be captured in these recordings.

Use of Identifiable Content for Promotion: Identifiable personal content (e.g., your recognizable face or clear voice) from group session recordings will NOT be used for public promotional purposes (such as on social media) without your explicit, separate written consent.

If you wish to remain anonymous or opt out of recording entirely, you must notify us in advance of the session. We will take reasonable steps to accommodate your request where feasible.

Private one-on-one sessions are never recorded or shared without explicit written consent.

10. User Submissions

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or other content to Jungle of Soul (e.g., via forms, emails, or recordings), you grant Jungle of Soul a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content for educational or promotional purposes in any media.
If your content is identifiable (e.g., includes your name, voice, or image), we will request separate written consent before using it in public promotional materials.

You are solely responsible for the content and appropriateness of anything you submit.

11. No Medical Advice

None of the services provided by Jungle of Soul, including breathwork sessions, workshops, courses, or any content on this website or attendance of any sessions carried out by Greta Staknyte, constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

We do not claim to cure, prevent, or treat any physical or mental health condition. Our offerings are not a substitute for professional healthcare, and you should consult your doctor or mental health provider before participating—especially if you have a history of medical or psychological conditions.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Jungle of Soul and Greta Staknyte accept no responsibility or liability for any physical, emotional, mental, or financial harm that may result from participation in our offerings.

12. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By using this website or participating in any Jungle of Soul offering, you:

  • Confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to engage in these practices

  • Accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

  • Acknowledge that these services are not therapy or healthcare

  • Release Jungle of Soul and Greta Staknyte from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages that may arise from participation

13. No Guarantees

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jungle of Soul makes no guarantees or warranties regarding any specific outcome, transformation, or benefit. Results vary depending on individual factors and engagement.

Any testimonials or success stories are personal experiences and do not guarantee similar results for others. You are solely responsible for your outcomes.

14. Limitation of Liability

Jungle of Soul and Greta Staknyte are not liable for:

  • Physical, emotional, or psychological effects

  • Financial losses or missed income

  • Website downtime, bugs, or access issues

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of this website or services

Your participation is entirely at your own risk.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jungle of Soul, Greta Staknyte, and any affiliates, contractors, or representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses, and legal fees (including reasonable attorney’s fees) that arise from or relate to your use of this website or services, your participation in any breathwork session, class, workshop, course, retreat, or coaching provided by Jungle of Soul, your violation of these Terms, any content or feedback you submit, or any third-party claims arising from your actions in connection with Jungle of Soul. This indemnification applies regardless of whether the services were delivered online, in person, live, or recorded.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to deny, revoke, or suspend access to any service, session, or content at our sole discretion, without refund, especially in cases of:

  • Abuse

  • Disruptive behavior

  • Violation of these Terms

17. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in services after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, this does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of local law in the country in which you reside, where such protections cannot be waived by contract.
