And mostly, you have. But under the capable version everyone sees, something keeps running that you can't quite think your way out of: the tension, the 3am mind, the reaction you promised yourself you were done with. I know that place well. For years, I lived there too.
You look like you've got it handled.
That's what I expected, at least. Instead, that first breathwork session reached a layer no amount of thinking ever had. I was in no rush to make it my work and, honestly, not sure I trusted it yet. So I stayed a participant for 5 years: returning, questioning and noticing what changed beyond the session itself. Only then did I train properly. I wanted to understand the work from the side of the person being guided, not only as a method I had learned.
I’ve kept studying since, because no single approach can account for a whole person.
The work has to respond to you, not ask you to fit yourself around the method.
The most boring hour I ever booked.
TRAINING & STUDY
HOW I WORK
I don’t start with a method. I start with you.
The same 3am waking, the same restlessness, the same short fuse — underneath, the cause is rarely the same from one person to the next. So the first thing we do is understand where yours is actually coming from.
That's what shapes how we work — not one method applied to everyone. Sometimes the breath is the clearest way in. Sometimes we slow right down and stay with a belief, a boundary or a reaction that keeps repeating. Breathwork, coaching, body-based work — each chosen for you, and for a reason.
You remain the authority on your own experience. My part is to bring trained attention, honest questions and a flexible set of tools, so we can work with what keeps returning, and you have more room to respond differently.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The other side.
“I honestly didn't expect one session to do much, but the shift was immediate. I felt a deep sense of peace that actually lasted, and for the first time in a while, I slept through the night without waking up. Highly recommend.”
— Victoria R.
“I walked out feeling like a massive weight had been lifted off my chest. With how fast-paced everything is right now, this didn't just feel nice - it felt essential. I finally felt light again.”
— Lina K.
“I was a bit skeptical, but Greta made everything so clear and grounded. I didn't think I’d feel much on my first try, but the physical release was undeniable. I left feeling lighter and actually connected to myself.”
— Tom L.
There's a version of your life
that doesn't cost this much.
The gap between where you are and where you'd like to be isn't as wide as it feels — it just needs the right kind of attention. You don't need the right words, a clear problem, or to have hit a crisis to begin. Curious is enough.
