We focus on physiological mechanisms—breath, posture, and nervous system state. We don't need to analyze the 'story' to fix the physical symptom. It is faster and more direct.

Yes, and often better. Being in your own environment means your nervous system is already partly at ease. I guide you through tracking internal sensations and shifting your state live. You don't need my hands. You need my attention.

No. We focus on physiology first. If you have lungs and a nervous system, the protocols work. The deep work is available, but we start with biological mechanics.
