Yes. This work is highly complementary to psychotherapy. While therapy focuses on the cognitive/narrative ('Why do I feel this way?'), we focus on the physiological ('How do I shift this sensation?'). We work 'Bottom-Up' (Body to Brain) which often accelerates the breakthroughs you make in therapy.

Absolutely. In fact, many clients find it more effective because you are in the safety of your own environment, not a clinical office. My role is to verbally guide you into tracking your internal signals, which builds your autonomy rather than creating dependency on a practitioner in the room.

Apps are passive; they ask you to listen. This work is active; we use specific mechanics to change your state. Furthermore, an app cannot see you. I track your breathing patterns and nervous system cues in real-time, adjusting the protocol to ensure you don't get stuck in a freeze response or anxiety loop.
